New Year’s Open Day review and look at things to come

The New Year’s Open Day has just passed at Warhammer World on the 6th January, and it was such an incredibly busy day!

Many hundreds of people gathered (some brave souls queuing from an incredible 6.00 am) to meet up with members of the Citadel Design team, White Dwarf writers, Citadel and Forge World Artists alongside Army and ‘Eavy Metal painters, not to forget members of the Forge World and Specialist Games team. They took the time to chat and ask questions, while also seeing exciting previews of new models, sketch books and Work in Progress models.

Now obviously we can’t sum up an absolutely amazing day in just a few lines of text, but we can show you some pictures from the day to really showcase what an amazing day it was!

Want to see some of the previews and models which were on display? The Warhammer Community Team were in attendance and have a run down on some of the models here: https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/01/06/new-year-new-armies-reveals-new-years-open-day/ , and you can see some of what Forge World were showing off here: https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/01/08/forge-world-new-years-open-day/

Although the New Year’s Open Day is now over, fear not if you missed out on this event because we have another exciting Open Day weekend coming soon!
